Updates

• Workspace tabs: Plan, Takeoff, Panels, BOM, Bid. Price, Analysis, and Verify are off for now.
• Bid is the proposal letter: takeoff by type with hours and material, devices by drawing, markups, scope, exclusions, assumptions, payment, schedule, stamp, print.
• Labor column and markups sit on Bid. Stamp stays locked while a price is UNKNOWN.

• Takeoff opens on I'm unsure — per-hit confidence, click the mark, keep or drop.
• Panels tab: schedule → circuit → devices on that homerun. Spare/space stays labor only.
• Homeruns: wire size from the breaker, LF from a measured or calibrated run, voltage drop %. No scale, LF is UNKNOWN.
• Split floors stitch. Match-line duplicates count once.
• BOM → Send pack: cover letter + RFQ CSV + needs-quote. Load the vendor file back. UNKNOWN is still UNKNOWN.

• Plan board: click-hold pan, scroll-wheel zoom, full screen hides chrome.
• Homeruns drawn as EMT — orthogonal 90s, not fan curves.
• Takeoff tab (was Count). Totals on every sheet. Markup on the drawing writes into the grid.
• Excel grid: insert row above or below, right-click menu, pinned totals.
• Landing: sample drawing walk, comparison tables collapsed until you open them.

• Devices on lighting and power: fixtures, receptacles, switches, specials.
• Homerun measure → EMT, wire, couplings, straps, connectors, elbows.
• Vertical drops at receptacles and switches. 10% waste on raceway only.
• Assemblies explode to whip, hangers, T-bar clips, box, fittings.
• Demo sheets carry labor. Existing-to-remain is not new material.
• Kind column: counted vs derived.

• Excel-style BOM: filter, sort, copy, paste, multiple sheets, cell edits.
• Bid recap letter with stamp for print. UNKNOWN never stamps as $0.
• Shop book save / restore. Named revisions. Re-run keeps edited cells.
• Vendor file import (CSV) onto the same families. Five street books on commodity.
• RFQ export a distributor can upload.
